Cours de 4h : macarons dits de Nancy et de Paris, avec le chef Antoine Schaefers. Ambiance conviviale mais studieuse, conseils avisés pour refaire les recettes à la maison, dans une cuisine pas forcément équipée comme les professionnels! Chef très à l'écoute, disponible et de bonne humeur. Super expérience à Ferrandi, le 03/12/2018.

CLASSES FOR GROUPS

Organize a festive and friendly event for your international clients, a time to relax and to indulge, in the heart of Paris.
They will learn French gastronomy and the chef’s secrets in a fun, gourmet atmosphere. We offer private cooking and pastry classes in English for groups of adults, for companies, and for families with children aged 11 to 16 visiting Paris (8 people minimum or a flat fee).
Our courses can be taught in English and organized over lunch, cocktails or dinner, or in the form of a pastry afternoon
